Andrea Jeppesen is a licensed real estate agent known for her integrity, strategic approach, and client-first mindset. She believes successful transactions are built on clear communication, trust, and a strong understanding of her clients’ goals.

Andrea’s experience includes property sales, leasing, retail transactions, and investment properties. She is also an active Airbnb Superhost and the owner of a successful event venue, giving her valuable, firsthand insight into short-term rentals, property performance, and experience-driven real estate.

Prior to entering real estate, Andrea spent more than 16 years in high-level sales and marketing roles. She was a Senior Account Executive with Verizon Wireless, managing major corporate and government accounts throughout Idaho, and consistently ranked among the top producers in the region. She later worked in medical sales with Rotech Healthcare, where she earned recognition as a top sales representative for the Western U.S.

Andrea has been licensed in the State of Idaho since 2009 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Idaho Association of REALTORS®.
