Shane Murphy
Shane Murphy is the founder and principal of Venture One Properties (est. 2008) and a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment sales, development, and tenant representation throughout Eastern Idaho. With deep local market knowledge and decades of deal experience, Shane advises investors, developers, and business owners on acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and value-add strategies across office, industrial, retail, and land assets.
Known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, Shane structures creative solutions that align real estate strategy with long-term business goals. He is actively involved in regional economic development initiatives and works closely with local municipalities, institutional tenants, and private capital to support growth across the Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rigby, and Pocatello markets.
Prior to founding Java Espress in 1993, Shane served as Head Buyer for Cal Stores, building a strong foundation in retail operations, merchandising, and site strategy. In addition to real estate, he is a long-time entrepreneur and founder of Java Espress, a drive-thru coffee brand established in 1993, now expanding through franchising and still successfully operating a 12-store chain. This combination of brokerage expertise and operating experience gives clients a practical, owner-operator perspective on real estate decisions.

Shane specializes in local retail, industrial, office, investment, land development and leasing transactions. He is actively involved in some of Eastern Idaho's major commercial developments. As an avid supporter and member of Grow Idaho Falls, Inc., Eastern Idaho's economic development council, (ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers and other local and national associations. Shane is highly involved in the regional commercial real estate network. Venture One Properties has large acquisition and disposition capabilities thanks to a variety of local and national contacts.
